Integrations: we connect the systems you already use

A lead comes in on the website, is recorded in the CRM, gets a WhatsApp message, and when they pay an invoice is created and the appointment lands in the calendar. Five systems, zero double entry. That is what a good integration does.

In short

An integration is a connection between two or more systems, so that data entered in one is updated in the others with no person in between. In businesses that usually means a CRM, payment processing, an invoicing system, WhatsApp, a calendar and sometimes an ERP. We connect through each system's API: with Make or n8n when that is enough, and with a dedicated connection when the volume or the logic requires it.

When this is right for you

  • The same customer is typed in three times: in the CRM, in the invoicing system and in the calendar.
  • A payment that comes in through payment processing does not show up in the CRM until someone checks.
  • There are Zapier automations that fail silently and nobody knows.
  • The ERP or accounting system does not talk to anything.
  • You want to connect WhatsApp to a system, and every vendor says something different.

What we build

Custom API connections

When you need volume, logic or reliability that off-the-shelf tools do not give, we write the connection. With retries, logs and an alert when something fails.

Automations in Make and n8n

For simple connections between well-known systems we build scenarios in Make or n8n, and document them so you understand what happens even without us.

Payment processing, invoicing and accounting

Stripe, Israeli payment processors, Green Invoice, Priority. A payment that comes in creates an invoice, updates the deal and sends a confirmation to the customer.

WhatsApp, calendars and Zoom

WhatsApp Business API, Google Calendar, Zoom. An appointment that is booked creates a meeting, sends a link and reminds the customer a day before.

What it looks like for a client

Ivritli

At Ivritli, website enrollment, Zoom lessons and Stripe billing lived in three separate systems. We connected them: a parent who enrolls gets a link to the lesson, the teacher sees who is coming, and billing runs on its own at the end of the month.

How we work

Discovery, development, testing, rollout and support. At the end of each stage we stop, show what was built and make sure it is what you need. Full process on the home page.

Questions about this service

Off-the-shelf tools fit simple, low-volume connections. When there is business logic, high volume or a need for reliability, we write a dedicated connection. Usually we combine: off-the-shelf tools for what is simple, code for what is critical.

Every connection we build retries on its own, keeps a log and sends an alert if it did not succeed. You know about a problem before the customer does.

Sometimes. Some systems have file export, database access or an interface we can work against. We check in the discovery call and tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

A standard connection between two well-known systems: a few days. A dedicated connection with logic: a few weeks, in stages.
